Christmas Makers’ Market

Saturday 14th November

CAST’s Christmas Makers’ Market returns on Saturday 14th November! A number of local artisan makers will be set up with tables of their wares throughout the building and there will be an abundance of ceramics on offer from Clay Trap makers. We’ll be open as usual, from 10am-4pm, with the market open from 10.30am-3.30pm.

We’ll be taking part in the market with our counter and shelves well stocked with provisions, perfect for gifting or for hosting over the festive season. House-made provisions, from granola and preserves for breakfast to duck rillettes and fish soup for later in the day, will be available alongside bags of coffee, boxes of tea and bottles of wine to accompany your meals. The bread oven will be on all day, with batches of bread ready each hour (pre-orders are available via our shop). And to truly get into the festive spirit, we’ll be serving mulled cider and the first of the season’s mince pies!

Our counter will also be laden with sandwiches and baked goods to takeaway, to be enjoyed as you explore the market, and we’ll have a slightly simplified breakfast and lunch offering available to enjoy in the café. As always, booking in advance is highly recommended if you wish to join us for breakfast or lunch. Please note, in order to accommodate the busy weekend of visitors we will have slightly shorter times allocated on tables for dining as well as those just stopping for a drink. A sample menu for the day will be available to view below soon!
